What we collect

Food Army may collect the location you type, your device location when you choose “Find me,” saved restaurants, basic device and usage data, and information restaurant owners submit when creating an account or claiming a listing.

Precise device location is requested only after you use the location feature. You can deny or revoke that permission in your browser or device settings.

How we use information

  • Show relevant restaurants, maps, directions, and search results.
  • Sync saved places for signed-in users and remember preferences on a device.
  • Process business applications, verification, subscriptions, and support.
  • Measure performance, prevent abuse, and improve Food Army.

Service providers

We use service providers such as Google Maps for restaurant and location data, Supabase for accounts and stored records, Stripe for payment processing, and Vercel for hosting, performance, and site analytics. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies.

Payments

Food Army services are operated and billed by Alpha Social Media. Stripe processes payment card information; Food Army and Alpha Social Media do not receive your full card number. See the Payment Policy.

Storage, sharing, and choices

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal requirements, and fraud prevention. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer.

You can clear local saved places in your browser, remove saves in Food Army, sign out, or request account-related help through the Business Portal. Browser controls can limit cookies, analytics, and location access.

Children and changes

Food Army is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will update the effective date on this page.
