About the service

Food Army helps people discover restaurants using location, mood, cuisine, and practical features. Restaurant data may come from Google, restaurant owners, public sources, or Food Army administrators.

Verified and unverified information

A Verified badge means the restaurant owner or an authorized representative has confirmed the listing and has a current paid verification plan. It is not an endorsement, health inspection, or guarantee of service quality. Unverified attributes are intentionally left blank where Food Army cannot confirm them.

Menus, hours, prices, availability, accessibility, promotions, and other details can change. Confirm time-sensitive information with the restaurant before relying on it.

Your use

You may use Food Army for lawful personal or business purposes. Do not misuse accounts, scrape or copy the service at scale, interfere with security, submit information you are not authorized to manage, or impersonate another person or business.

Business claims and payments

You must be authorized to act for a restaurant before claiming its listing. Food Army may request proof, correct listing data, deny an application, or remove verification. Food Army services are operated and billed by Alpha Social Media, with payment processing through Stripe. Fees, renewal, and submission terms are described in the Payment Policy.

Third-party services

Maps, directions, restaurant websites, ordering services, and payment pages are operated by third parties. Food Army is not responsible for their content, availability, transactions, or privacy practices.

Availability and responsibility

Food Army is provided “as is” and may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Food Army and Alpha Social Media disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as Food Army evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
