Restaurant owner questions

Does every restaurant in Food Army receive its own public webpage?

No. Restaurants can appear in Food Army search results without a permanent profile URL. Public restaurant pages are reserved for approved listings with a current paid Verified plan.

What is required to become Verified?

The restaurant must submit the required application payment, pass ownership and information review, receive admin approval, and maintain an active paid Verified plan.

Does payment guarantee approval?

No. Payment submits the application for review but does not guarantee approval or Verified status. Food Army may request additional ownership or listing information.

What happens if the Verified plan expires or becomes past due?

The restaurant loses public Verified status and its permanent profile is no longer publicly available until paid access and approval are current again.
